how can i resize them? i am limited to 1000x1000 and less than 101 kb..I am new to this site..so maybe i am missing something..

I assume you use Windows? There a numerous free programs that will allow you to resize the photos without loosing the 'physical' dimension of such. Otherwise, if the photo is let's say 800x600 at 400 kb. These programs will allow you to resize them to 10kb to 101kb while still having the physical dimensions of 800x600. I personally use Linux, not Windows. Linux has it's own free program to do this. If you have some of your photos ready (face blocked) and would like to send them to me I could resize a few for you till you can get a program installed to do it yourself. There should be others here that could point you to an appropriate Windows program to do that. There in fact may already be one installed in Windows for that purpose. I'm just not up on Windows anymore, and what it can do.
